Step off of high box into the top position of the pull-up or jump up to the top of the bar (harder).
Hold for a second at the top and eliminate any swinging.
Lower as slow as possible until the arms are fully straight.
No swinging - engage the core.
Feel the back and arm muscle stretch as you lower.
